The price is based on the buyer's specific requirements, so please provide the information below to help us quote an exact price to you:
Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window dimensions, quantity, and type;
Frame color;
Type of glass, thickness (single, double, laminated, or others), and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, or others, with or without Argon).
QWhat is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to the buyer's dimensions.
QWhat is your standard color for aluminum frames?
Powder coating (Frost black, Silver grey, or standard white).
QWhat is your payment terms?
Normally, 30% of the total amount by T/T as a deposit and the balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
QWhat is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
A 5-year quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading and no peel-off, with hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. A 5-year warranty is provided for German hardware. In case of quality issues, we will provide replacements via international courier.
