1. Are you supplying standard size of windows & doors or custom products?

Both. We have distributors overseas, some of them are getting standard sizes of windows & doors from our factory, also supply customized products for end-customers, developers and builders.

2. Do you have installers in Australia or send installation team to project site?

We have installation guides to help clients get an easy installation, and sub-frames of installation are highly recommended for brick walls, brick veneer walls, concrete walls, and timber walls. We can also send our installation team to the project site if necessary.

3. What about packages?

We have exported lots of windows and doors overseas, and no clients have made complaints about our packages. Please contact us and we can send photos to show the details of our secure packages.

4. What about window systems?

All of our systems are designed according to the requirements from markets like Australia, Canada, etc. Our engineers can design the systems to match different wall structures.

5. Is there any price difference between powder coating and anodizing?

There is no price difference between both. We recommend choosing an anodized finish if the house is near salt water for long-effective corrosion resistance. Powder coating is a better choice if the house is located far away from salt water.

6. What kinds of hardware can you supply?

Commonly, top Chinese brands, Australian Doric, and other brands are available. We recommend using the Australian Doric brand if your projects are in Australia for easy replacement. Local brands are often the best choice, and the locking systems we use are exceptionally long-lasting.
