1What is your delivery time?
20-35 days delivery after deposit and drawing confirmation. The actual situation will be confirmed by the project manager.
2How can I get an accurate price quote?
The price is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to help us provide you with an accurate quote:
1) Window or door opening size;
2) Window frame color;
3) Glazing type and thickness (single pane, double pane, laminated, or other) as well as the color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with or without argon gas).
3What are your payment terms?
Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit, and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
4What is spectrally selective glazing?
Coated or tinted glazing with optical properties that is transparent to some wavelengths of energy and reflective to others. Typical spectrally selective coatings are transparent to visible light and reflect short-wave and long-wave infrared radiation.
5What kinds of packing do you provide?
There are three kinds of packing: pearl cotton, pearl cotton + wooden frame, and pearl cotton + wooden box. The glass packing is wooden frame/corner guard + strapping. For full containers, we suggest using pearl cotton with wooden frame glass packing to save container space. For bulk goods or exports to countries with strict protection standards (such as the US, Australia, and Europe), we use wooden crates to guarantee optimal safety.
6What standard materials are used for frames and screens?
The frame is constructed of premium 6063-T5 or 6063-T6 aluminum alloy with profile thicknesses ranging from 1.4mm to 2.0mm, and the screen netting material is built from durable fiberglass.
