Can I get samples?
Yes, sure! FOB prices will apply. If the subsequent order is 100 square meters or more, the sample cost can be reduced from the total balance.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. We have our own production facility, along with strategic agreements with 20 partner factories. This provides a unified supply advantage for various architectural designs and customized door and window configurations.
Can I use my own logo or design on the goods?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services. Your custom logo and design can be incorporated on the products.
What are your transaction terms and payment terms?
Our standard trade terms are FOB, CFR, and CIF. Payment terms require a 30% deposit via T/T prior to mass production, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of a copy of the bill of lading.
What is the production capacity?
Our current production capacity reaches 300,000 square meters per month, which easily accommodates bulk construction and engineering orders.
When will the goods be delivered?
While some select standard specifications are in stock, most products are customized based on technical drawings and samples. Custom orders are typically delivered within 20 days, and certain specialized configurations can be dispatched within 7 days.
