1/ If you have CAD for request AL profiles, please send us with specific width / height / weight. 2/ If no CAD, please send us the picture of the Aluminum profile, and measurement, then our designer can draw the CAD. |
| 2. Surface treatment | Is there any special process requirement? Such as mill finish, oxidation, powder coating and so on. |
| 3. Mold cost |
1/ If choosing existing profile molds, no mold cost. 2/ If OEM + ODM from buyer, mold cost will be requested. |
| 4. Color | What color for each AL profile, black or silver or others? |
| 5. Post-processing | Do you need any other CNC post-processing for the Aluminum profile? |
| 6. Qty | How many units? How long for each Aluminum profile? |
| 7. MOQ |
Normally MOQ >= 500KG. If < 500KG, the factory will also produce it, just request another machine fee. |
